His mother passed away in an accident as a child and his relationship with is father is distant. As a result, Tomoya lives the life of a deliquent. Until one day he meets a girl named Nagisa Furukawa who suffers from an illness. Slowly the two begin to start hanging out and their lives begin to change slowly through their new friendship. Shakugan no Shana (Shana) High school student Yuki Sakai's normal life changes forever when he witnesses blue flames engulf people around him. Before being engulfed himself, a sword-wielding girl with red hair and eyes, named Shana, appears and destroys the monster. Shortly after, Yuki realizes the truth to his existence and befriends Shana. Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann (Gurren-Lagann) All peace in the underground village of Giha shortly ends upon Simon's discovery of a special drill key. Shortly after the discovery of the key leads to chaos with the uncovering of a big face, a girl named Yoko appearing with a large rifle fighting a robot, and an adventure for Simon that takes him beyond the confine of the unground village he has known all his life. Hajime no Ippo (Fighting Spirit) Ippo, a timid highschooler, is one day saved from being beaten up by Takamura, a boxer. Fascinated by Takamura's skills Ippo begins to train, and his quest to become the best starts. Nana Nana Komatsu is on her way to Tokyo to see her boyfriend. Nana Osaki is aboard the same train, with dreams of becoming a famous musician. This is the story that chronicles the lives of both Nana and how they intersect each other.
